What is required for my organization to access a trial of Signals ChemDraw?

Register and provide information according to the trial registration form. Please note that only the person registering will be provided with a trial.

All users interested in trialing Signals ChemDraw should submit their own request.

Review the system requirements and confirm you have the correct hardware/software to support the trial.
What happens next after I have registered for my trial

Check your inbox! You should receive two emails from us – one to set your password on our authentication system and one with the URL to access the trial system. To ensure smooth communication, please whitelist noreply-srs@revvitycloud.com. For additional whitelisting information, check out our support site.
What is included in my trial?

Signals ChemDraw combines the desktop software drawing capabilities with cloud-native applications in the Signals Research Platform. Included in the trial is access to ChemDraw Desktop, ChemDraw+, ChemDraw Collections, ChemDraw for Excel, Chem3D, ChemFinder & Chemscript.
Will I need to install anything?

Installable applications for Signals ChemDraw include ChemDraw Desktop, ChemDraw Collections, ChemDraw for Excel, Chem3D, ChemFinder and ChemScript. Please refer to the Hardware/Software guide for additional information.

ChemDraw+ is a cloud-based application that can be accessed via standard internet browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge).
Is there training available which can help us get started using Signals ChemDraw?

The Signals Help Center is available via the Signals Home Portal and contains a variety of resources to help you get started. Within here, you will have access to quick start guides, training videos and robust user guides to the ChemDraw desktop and cloud-native applications.

How long will my trial last?

Please note that there are both cloud-native and installable applications that are delivered with your Signals ChemDraw trial. The 15-day trial period will start as soon as you receive access to the trial system and will be irrespective of when you download, install and activate ChemDraw Desktop or other installable ChemDraw Applications.
Is my data secure in the Signals Research solution?

However, as this is a trial system, please exercise caution when uploading information sensitive to your organization.
Can Revvity Signals Software employees or other users in the trial system see my data?

No, our employees cannot see any data entered into the system. Other users in the system can only see data you explicitly share with them.
How often is Signals ChemDraw updated?

Signals ChemDraw contains both cloud-native and installed desktop applications. The cloud-native applications (including ChemDraw+) are updated roughly every 4-6 weeks. The installed applications, which include ChemDraw Desktop typically have one major and one minor release per calendar year. Information on what has been released can be found on the Signals ChemDraw “What’s New” webpage.
After the trial, what will happen to our data and user environment?

You are accessing a trial system. After the trial, your Signals ChemDraw login will be disabled.

Prior to the end of your trial, you can export your data in cdxml format.
During updates, is the Signals Research solution offline and unavailable for use?

Updates are prescheduled, and users will be notified in advance when they log into the application. Updates are scheduled to minimize business impact.
My trial expired, do I submit another form request?

You cannot submit more than one form with the same email. Please contact our support team to request a trial extension.
